Une nouvelle plateforme de demande de document d’identité en ligne (DELIDOC) visant à gérer le flux des demandes de document a été lancée par le Gouvernement le 31 mars à Pétion-Ville. 8 h-10 h ; 10 h-12 h ; 12 h-14 h ; 14 h-16 h sont les périodes programmées pour recevoir les citoyens et prendre en charge de leur demande à travers plusieurs centres dans différentes communes du département de l’Ouest où l’expérience pilote se fait avant de s’étendre aux autres départements.
Dans son allocution, le Premier ministre, Ariel Henry a relaté que, durant ces deux mois, pas moins de 300 000 demandes de passeports ont été enregistrées. Ce flux de demande dépasse les employés de l’immigration qui n’étaient pas préparés à gérer une telle affluence en dépit de l’ouverture de nouveaux centres.

Selon lui, en 2010, diverses initiatives ont été prises pour démarrer les processus virtuels, de plus il a fait savoir que le web adopté favorise leur méthode de travail.
« Une numérisation excellente aidera nos personnels. Un rendez-vous raté ne sera pas pris en considération », a poursuivi le membre de l’e-gouvernance. Pour finir, les autorités ont promis d’étendre ce projet à toute l’administration publique.
