- Casier judiciaire officiel (émis par Parquet ou DCPJ)
- Lettre de motivation expliquant le but du voyage (en portugais ou anglais) Si vous êtes mineur, ajoutez autorisation parental certifiée
3. Paiement des frais de visa
- Le frais VIVIS est de 80 USD, payable uniquement en espèces à la SOGEBANK à Port‑au‑Prince, pas de paiement en ligne
- Conservez attentivement le reçu original du paiement.
4. Dépôt physique de la demande
- Présentez-vous en personne au Secteur Consulaire de l’Ambassade du Brésil à Port‑au‑Prince avec :
- Le formulaire imprimé (signé et avec photo)
- Tous les documents requis
- Le reçu original de paiement
- L’ambassade peut demander des documents supplémentaires à sa discrétion
5. Suivi & récupération du visa
- Notez bien la référence du formulaire pour suivre votre dossier en ligne.
- Traitement estimé : 15 jours à 1 mois, selon complétude du dossier.
Si accepté, récupérez votre passeport avec le visa apposé au consulat
